Well, our first attempt to buy a convenience store didn't work out for us. We terminated the contract this afternoon. Don't think, though, that we are going to give up on our "dream" so easily. We are already checking into other options. We'll keep you posted.

We were trying to buy a gas station/convenient store, as an investment property. The deal fell through, but this weekend Jeff is going to take a look at some other options. You just never know what the crazy Watts are going to get into!
