Macaroni and Queso

At lunchtime today, Ruth requested macaroni and cheese. We had a large amount of queso leftover from our appetizer party on Sunday, so I suggested that we have macaroni and queso instead. And it was very yummy, if I do say so myself. The take-home is never be afraid to try new things.
