Bringing the Outdoors In

Well, it was still raining this morning, and there are just so many days in a row that a twenty-eight, er, three-year-old can take. We needed to get out of the house in the worst way, and the park wasn't really an option... but the indoor playground was. So we took all our wiggles over to RadiJazz and ran and jumped and ran and jumped and ran and jumped until we were completely exhausted. (Actually, Ruth did all the running and jumping, but I was exhausted just watching her). This place is really great. It costs $6 for kids over one (free for adults) for the whole day, and you can even come and go as you please. They have a "lava" pit (foam blocks) to jump in, slides, things to climb, hills to roll down, balls to throw and bounce, etc., etc. It certainly helped Ruth get out some pent up energy and put a smile on her face, as you can see from the picture. (And, a smile on Ruth's face is a smile on my face)!
